Home Info Pack News

Home Info Pack? Whats That? A Home Info Pack (also known as a Home Buyer Pack or Home Seller Pack) is part of the Governments supposed commitment to making UK property purchases easier. Due to Part 5 of the Housing Act 2004 home owners or their agents have a legal obligation to provide a Home Information Pack when marketing a property.

Home Information Packs will provide important information to prospective purchasers at the very start of their interest in a new home, giving increased transparency on key issues and meaning any offer to purchase is based on an informed decision.
